As one of our country’s great culinary traditions, we hope to inspire visitors with a taste of the country through a diverse menu of food and drinks.
For the first time, we will be offering a full range of dishes from Spain, and we are excited to bring you a taste from all around the world.
We have a very ambitious list of dishes we are looking forward to sharing this year, but here are some of our favourites: Fresh fish – A dish from the south of Spain, which we hope will delight and delight guests of all ages.
We are especially looking forward for dishes such as the lázariz (fish fillet), marina y guadamos (fish-fried pancetta) and queso fresco (a grilled fish with spicy sauce).
Fresh seafood – We will be showcasing some of the most popular dishes from the southern coast, including the famous cormigo, the cod, and the yurizan (salmon).
The fish in question is usually very good, but we will also have a few dishes to offer you as well.
This dish is a dish made of a combination of fish and seafood cooked in a very spicy way.
If you want to try a fresh seafood meal, then make sure to reserve a table and reserve your spot at the restaurant before the end of the week.
A few of the dishes we will have include: A la carte – For the last time, you can enjoy a wide selection of wines from all over the world in one delicious package.
This includes wines from Spain and abroad, including wine from the Cabernet Sauvignon region of France, the Bordeaux region of Belgium, and many other wine regions.
A selection of wine, including some special wines, is available as well, including one of a kind wines, red and white, made by our vineyard in Chilpancingo, and one of one of an extremely rare bottle, made in the vineyard.
Our guests will also be able to taste the wines of the Cabriero region, the birthplace of the region’s grape variety.
A variety of cheeses and pastas – We also have some of Spain’s finest cheese, from the Chilcancingo region.
Our speciality is the Cabron de Fusilli, made with the freshest, best-roasted pork, and other cheeses, such as salami, ham and cheddar.
And of course, we have a variety of pastas and wines, including wines from the vineyards of the nearby Cabernets region.
A wide selection – The menu at the Restaurant del Tres Máxima del Música is packed with local and regional dishes.
We will feature a wide range of Spanish food, from classic dishes like ceviche, lasagna, lasagne and fried potatoes, to more recent dishes such like grilled fish and pasta.
We hope you will also enjoy some of your favourite dishes, including dishes from other regions, such from the Córdoba region, where we also serve a special selection of Portuguese fare.
In the evening, we are also offering a night of drinks, and will also feature a few wines, along with some special cocktails.
We look forward to welcoming you all to our beautiful beach villanas in the Spanish capital, Madrid, as well as our beautiful restaurants and bars in all of the city.
