VILLAS PALERMO, Calif.
— Villas Palermos will be home to the first new apartment of its kind in the San Fernando Valley, and a new brand new condo development will be coming to the area soon, developer Denton Real Estate has announced.
The villa, which is currently under construction, is the latest in a growing trend of new developments coming to urban areas in the region.
