After months of fruitless negotiations, a deal to build a new villa in the villa-populated village of villa Monte has finally been agreed.
The villa will be built on a plot of land in the area of Mona and Monte, but with an added twist: a small pizza shop.
A new pizzeria will be located next to the old one.
Villa Monte is located in the foothills of the Apennines, in the north of the country.
It is the largest village in the region.
Its population of more than 5,000 has doubled in just over a decade, from more than 2,500 to over 8,000.
The local government, the Dalla Francesa region, estimates it will grow to more than 15,000 by the end of the century.
The project is part of a wider redevelopment programme in the village, which has been in the works for more than two decades.
The new pizzerias will be a mix of local and international pizza brands.
Pizza Hut, Pizza Pizza, Domino’s Pizza, Pizza Express, Pizza Hut and Pizza Express will be among the main pizza chains.
The plan is to provide a mix, local and foreign, and to bring local flavours to the area.
Village Monte will also be the home to several pizzeria, restaurants and bars.
The village has over 5,500 square metres of land, with a planned area of just over 2,000 square metres.
The development is planned to include a new gymnasium, a sports centre and a children’s playground.
The Villa Monte project is one of many initiatives that have been underway to revitalise the village.
Last year, the city of Monza and the Italian government committed to building an 18-hole golf course, a school, a new library, and other amenities to make it a tourist-friendly village.
It also aims to create jobs and boost tourism.
