A Lakewood, Florida villa could be home to a new family.
It’s the same villa that was purchased by former U.S. President Donald Trump in 2013, and now the property has received a facelifting.
The Lakewood Village Inn is being considered for a $6,500 facelifted upgrade that would bring the home to $1.5 million.
The remodeling project is expected to begin in 2019.
The house was purchased for $5.1 million and was slated to be torn down and replaced by the Trump International Golf Course in 2020.
However, the project was halted in December when the Trump administration revoked the president’s use of the property.
Trump has previously said the $6.5-million facelifts will help the property stay in the family.
