The former Secretary of State’s former home on the shores of the Ohio River will become a luxury vacation destination, the Clinton family announced Tuesday.
Hillary Clinton’s former White House residence will be converted into a luxury resort and guest house, which will include an outdoor pool and spa, the New York Times reported.
The home, which opened in 1993 and has hosted President Bill Clinton, former Secretary Madeleine Albright, former first lady Barbara Bush and former President Jimmy Carter, will be called the Villa of the First Lady, the family said in a statement.
The Clintons will own a 1,400-square-foot property in the exclusive neighborhood of Hyannis Port, the Times reported, citing a source familiar with the deal.
The new home will be named for Hillary Clinton, the source added.
